PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager - Brits, North West

POSITION INFO:
A Successful dealership in Brits, North West is on the lookout for a highly skilled and stable PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the PreOwned vehicle sales department
Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them
Develop and implement sales strategies
Oversee the purchasing and pricing of PreOwned vehicles
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in automotive sales
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales performance data
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of current market trends in the automotive industry
