SUMMARY:
Our client a longstanding Construction PM and Support provider to large scale Government infrastructure projects; is seeking to urgently place a Programme Manager PrQS in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town:

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying and PrQS professional registration
Must be SACQSP active member
3+ Year's experience in professional consulting at QS firm on large government infrastructure projects
Knowledge of JBCC and NEC 4 contracts, administration and financial required
3+ Year's experience in Project/Programme Management post professional registration
Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales
Computer literacy; MS Office, Excel Pivots and Formulas, WinQS, CSS, Candy, MS Project
Afrikaans speaking and Bilingual in English
Must have valid drivers’ license
