SUMMARY:
Our client a longstanding Construction PM and Support provider to large scale Government infrastructure projects; is seeking to urgently place a Programme Manager / PrEng Arch. in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town:
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Architecture and professional registration
- Must be SACAP registered / active member
- 3+ Year's Programme Management, post professional registration at Consulting Architectural Engineering Design firm (large government infrastructure projects) required
- Knowledge of CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales
- Knowledge of JBCC and NEC 4 contracts, administration and financial required
- Computer literacy; MS Office, Excel Pivots and Formulas, Autodesk Revit / Architectural design software
- Afrikaans speaking and Bilingual in English
- Must have valid drivers’ license
