POSITION INFO:
Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager with a strong background in power line projects? Our client, based in Pretoria North, is looking for a dedicated professional to manage site-based projects across South Africa. This is ideal for someone who enjoys working away from home and thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments. If you have a passion for leading teams and delivering large-scale power infrastructure, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

SACPCMP registration essential
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent (Civil and/or Electrical Degree)
Minimum 2 years of experience in power line projects (11kV-400kV)
Willingness to work at various project sites nationwide
Ability to be office-based for the first few months, then site-based

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5+ years of project management experience preferred
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
Power line project experience from conception to commissioning
Proven ability to manage professionals and sub-contractors
Experience handling design, resourcing, and project challenges
Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
