Are you a bubbly, detail-oriented, and happy-go-lucky individual looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Look no further! Our client is hiring a Relationship Assistant for Property Management!

As a Portfolio/Relationship Assistant, your role is crucial to ensure client satisfaction is always upheld. You'll be supporting the relationship manager with managing their portfolio as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our valued clients.

Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

Correspond: Liaise with various stakeholders involved in building maintenance, including contractors, and ensure payment approvals are processed swiftly and accurately.
Capture Payments: Process all relevant payments and reimbursements approved by the relationship manager, ensuring each transaction is recorded correctly.
Create Journals: Follow the relationship manager's instructions to create journals for reimbursements to owners, ensuring accurate allocations in trust accounts.
Compile Monthly Reports: Gather monthly reports and invoices, saving them to the company's database for easy access.
Upload Website Documents: Keep complex websites updated with the latest documentation and information, essential for audits.
Building Maintenance: Collaborate with contractors, owner-care consultants, relationship managers, and trustees to ensure building maintenance aligns with the SLA.
Insurance Claims: Work closely with brokers for common property insurance claims, complete claim forms, obtain invoices and reports for incidents, and ensure payments are correctly allocated once insurance payouts are received.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 – High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant sectional title certificate (CPMD or Paddocks etc.)
• Home-Owners Association certificate will be advantageous
• A degree/Diploma is beneficial.

• At least 2 years experience in sectional titles environment and Home-Owners Associations.
• At least 2 years of administration
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
