Portfolio Manager (Sectional Title)

POSITION INFO:

Our client has a need for a Portfolio Manger in the Sectional Title department.

Minimum Requirements 

• Matric
• Experience in Property Management,
• Familiar and have experience with the Sectional Title Act
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and repair issues
• Basic financial knowledge of budgeting and managing complex financials
• Knowledge of levies and monthly management accounts
• Ability to speak in public with confidence

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage complexes on a daily basis
• Manage budgets
• Annual General meetings with chairpersons and trustees, which are sometimes in the evenings
• Maintenance of contingencies reporting and handling
• Check all of the owners' monthly statements
• Arrange meetings with trustees

Remuneration:

R12 000 per month with benefits after the 3 month probation period
