What You''ll Own:

• Day-to-day management and profitability of the Business Term Advance (Unsecured SME Lending) product under the organisation brand.
• Drive product performance, manage enhancements, and scale through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead the Unsecured Lending marketplace execution strategy.
• Develop new product features, secure partnerships, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Present key product insights and performance updates to senior and executive leadership.

Your Impact Will Be Measured By:

• Business lending disbursement volumes
• Revenue yield & product profitability
• Effectiveness and ROI of marketing spend

What We''re Looking For:

✅ 8+ years of experience in product development (preferably Fintech or Business Lending)
✅ Expertise in unsecured lending products & deep understanding of SME lending
✅ Strong grasp of regulatory requirements in the financial sector
✅ Proven ability to work across teams – from IT & CX to Marketing & Sales
✅ Strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Qualifications:

• A relevant 3- or 4-year Business degree (essential)
• Matric certificate (essential)
