Job Opportunity: PMV Analyst

Location: Pretoria

Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMV Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to grow in a fast-paced environment focused on maximizing the value of assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze new investment opportunities and assess the financial health of portfolio companies.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support investment decisions.
Compile and present detailed portfolio reports and committee presentations.
Assist in active investment management, focusing on value enhancement and successful exits.
Monitor portfolio compliance with legal agreements, including covenants and payment schedules.
Conduct industry research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Engineering, Legal, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling abilities, and experience in credit risk assessment.
