Job Opportunity: PMV Analyst

Location: Pretoria

Our client, a leading asset management firm, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMV Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional looking to grow in a fast-paced environment focused on maximizing the value of assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new investment opportunities and assess the financial health of portfolio companies.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support investment decisions.
• Compile and present detailed portfolio reports and committee presentations.
• Assist in active investment management, focusing on value enhancement and successful exits.
• Monitor portfolio compliance with legal agreements, including covenants and payment schedules.
• Conduct industry research to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Engineering, Legal, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced financial modeling abilities, and experience in credit risk assessment.
