POSITION INFO:

Well-established property company based in Cape Town are seeking an experienced applicant to join their dynamic team.

Requirements;

Must have Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle

Duties:

Assisting with portfolio queries
Levy queries / quarterly arrear reporst
Stilus claims quarterly submissions
Upload eft's and requisitions on WCU, merge and send to Head Office for payment
Payment tick sheet updating
Manage supplier queries with reception on any difficult queries
Audit pack as per meeting schedule
CSOS / Submissions and returns and new rule submissions
CSOS / Dispute registration submission as advised by Herman
Insurance - renewal send to management committee
Running of meetings
Taking of minutes
Audit pack compliance and send to auditor
Levy increase letters, mail after meeting to inform all departments
Petty cash
CSOS / submissions and returns
Insurance - renewal send to management committee
Letter drafting, updating post and petties
Compliance
