Job Description:
A company with a strong presence in the domestic market is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join their team.

The ideal candidate will manage invoicing, accounts, and financial statements, oversee cash flows, and assist with budgeting. They will handle tax submissions, conduct financial analysis, monitor property performance, and ensure compliance. Additional responsibilities include risk management, process improvements, and reporting to stakeholders and auditors.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in the property industry
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role
Proven experience in financial analysis
