POSITION INFO:

A dynamic manufacturing facility is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to ensure seamless operations through professional maintenance strategies and Kaizen principles. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong technical background and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee plant maintenance, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime
Lead and develop a skilled technical team
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, TPM)
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Manage and forecast the plant maintenance budget
Optimise production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

B-Tech, HND, or Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Government Certificate of Competence (Factories or Mines) – Mechanical/Electrical
10+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Expertise in SAP ERP, PLC, SCADA, and maintenance management systems
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
