Plant Engineering Manager

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Manager or Engineering Manager, specifically within the Manufacturing or Industrial Industry
• NQF Level 6 Minimum in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required
• Must have a Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories ticket (Non-Negotiable)
• Red Seal Trade Test Qualification as a Millwright | Electrician | Mechatronics Technician
• Technical knowledge of Plant maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repair techniques required
• Knowledge of OSHA rules, electrical codes, and compliance regulations required
• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Smart Relays, and Welding Techniques.
• Proficiency in using CMMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant Engineering Software
• The successful candidate will ensure compliance with policies and procedures, optimize plant maintenance strategies, and drive operational excellence
• This role reports directly to the Plant Manager
• Valid Driver's License and own Transport required

• Monthly CTC of up to R 120 000, based on experience
