SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our health and fitness team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing fitness programmes tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Fitness Assessment:

Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients' current health status, fitness levels, and goals.

Programme Design:

Develop personalised exercise programmes based on clients' fitness assessments, goals, and any specific health considerations.

Instruction and Demonstration:

Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and form to prevent injuries.

Motivation and Support:

Provide ongoing motivation and support to keep clients focused on their fitness goals.

Nutritional Guidance:

Offer basic nutritional advice and guidance to complement clients' fitness programmes.

Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer from a recognised fitness organisation; and
CPR and First Aid certifications.
Qualified yoga instructor (optional)
