Personal Lines Claims Administrator

Seeking a detail-oriented Personal Lines Claims Administrator to manage the end-to-end claims process efficiently. Strong admin and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

? Process and administer personal lines claims from initiation to settlement.
? Liaise with policyholders, adjusters, and third-party service providers.
? Provide clear updates and resolve customer inquiries.
? Ensure claims are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.

Requirements:

? RE5 Qualification
? DOFA & Class of Business Qualification (Personal & Commercial Lines)
? Matric Certificate (Additional qualifications like BA/BCom are a plus)
