Personal Assistant (Remote - GP)

SUMMARY:
A highly sought after remote (GP based) opportunity is available for a top notch Personal Assistant at international IT consultancy with offices based in Germany, UK and South Africa! 

Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates as part of the company's commitment to transformation and compliance with the Employment Equity Act.

POSITION INFO:
You will be required to professional administrative support to ensure the efficient management of the daily operations and business requirements of the Executive Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management Support
Maintain and update the strategic business calendar to ensure that all meetings are accounted for and scheduled throughout the year.
Schedule appointments and maintain daily calendars of the Executive team and action all changes and reminders.
Maintain an electronic record of important email correspondence.
Compile and distribute internal memos, reports, business presentations, agendas, and letters, etc. timeously.
Take minutes at meetings and follow up on actions required and matters arising from meetings.

General Office Administration
Ordering of any equipment, stationery, etc. as required.
Compile and update all contract and supplier database.
Process and prepare all payment requests including the credit card and ad-hoc payments.
Compile the manager’s monthly expenses and submits to finance.
Plan and coordinate events as and when required.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, customers and suppliers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Matric but a Diploma in Administration or equivalent would be an added advantage
Advanced skills in the full Microsoft suite, including word; excel; presentations and e-mail.
Valid driver’s licence
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Equipped with wifi, backup power and a professional office set at home up to work remotely.
