Our client is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to join their innovative team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work on dynamic projects in HR and learning management while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Learning Management (ELM).
- Work with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, ELM 9.2, and PeopleTools (8.54 to 8.56) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR, ESS, MSS, and Fluid processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Component Interface to enhance functionality.
- Write and optimize queries using Microsoft SQL to support system performance and data analysis.
- Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and apply agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of development experience with PeopleSoft HCM and ELM.
- Extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and ELM 9.2, including PeopleTools (8.54 to 8.56).
- Proficiency in Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and Component Interface.
- Strong functional understanding of HR processes and workflows, including Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Fluid.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft SQL.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
