SUMMARY:
Distribution concern has an opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer. Responsibility will include managing the entire payroll process, payment to employees, processing statutory payments and reconciling payroll data.

POSITION INFO:
There are 300 staff on the payroll.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

Processing and preparation
Reconciling time and attendance
Ensuring leave reports are processed and reconciled accurately
Upload payments to banks
Assist with on-boarding of new staff
Review payroll account recons
Responsible for all 3rd party payments and recons
Medical Aid and Provident Fund administration
Assist with ad hoc HR and Payroll administration

Matric essential
Tertiary qualification highly advantageous
Min. 5 years experience in a similar role
PaySpace experience (advantageous)
