Payroll Officer

POSITION INFO:

• Oversee and manage the full payroll process.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in auditing payroll information.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain and update the general ledger and cashbook.
• Support financial audits and reporting by providing accurate payroll-related information.
• Lead payroll compliance with tax and labour regulations.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance, or similar).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in the entertainment and hospitality sector will be a significant advantage.
