SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for numbers and the vibrant world of entertainment and hospitality? We're looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our dynamic team and make an impact where creativity meets precision!

POSITION INFO:

Oversee and manage the full payroll process.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in auditing payroll information.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain and update the general ledger and cashbook.
Support financial audits and reporting by providing accurate payroll-related information.
Lead payroll compliance with tax and labour regulations.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance, or similar).
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll supervision or management.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, reconciliation, and reporting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience in the entertainment and hospitality sector will be a significant advantage.
