POSITION INFO:
This is an urgent vacancy.
Duties would include the overseeing of the full payroll function.
Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
Review provident funds in terms of investments
Salaries (forecasts and budgets / analysis)
Prepare increase schedules
Ensure all third party payments and administration is done correctly
Quarterly reporting i.e. leave, overtime, time and attendance
Responsible for services at Head Office
Cost optimization
Responsible to assist with compilation of annual services budgets

Relevant Tertiary qualification essential
PaySpace (advantageous)
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
