POSITION INFO:
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a large employee base, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, and
providing comprehensive HR support. Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management:
  • Process monthly payroll for 5,000-7,000 employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary
  • Manage all payroll-related activities, including processing bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
  • Reconcile payroll data, validate payslips, and generate payroll
  • Ensure compliance with SARS regulations, including tax submissions, EMP501 submissions, and WCA Return of

• Manage expatriate payroll, ensuring compliance with South African immigration and labor laws.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, taxes, and
• Manage employee leave and overtime
• Maintain accurate employee records, both electronically and physically.
• Assist employees with UIF claims, tax documents, and employment confirmations.
• Provide HR reporting and analysis to support management decision- making.
• Manage third-party provider relationships, such as health and life insurance.
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary payroll
• Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll journal queries and GRS journal
• Manage third-party invoices and ensure timely payment
• Maintain the payroll system and ensure it remains up-to-date with legislative
• Support and deliver monthly payrolls
• Process accurate and timely full and final settlements for departing employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Finance, or a related
• 4+ years of experience in HR administration support and payroll processing, with a strong understanding of payroll

• Proficiency in Sage 300 People, including job costing .
• Excellent knowledge of South African labor legislation and payroll regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
