POSITION INFO:
Established in 1979, and operating in South Africa since 2002, this food and beverage company offers a variety of affordable, high-quality products, including powdered milk, beverages, cereals, and culinary items. Some of its well-known brands include milk powder and seasoning mixes. In 2022, it introduced a canned soybean protein product in different flavours as a convenient and cost-effective meat alternative. With a strong presence across multiple African countries, it continues to expand its product offerings to meet consumer needs.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Capture and process leave forms, warnings, and loan forms accurately
Maintain and update employment contracts in the system
Process and verify employee claims for payroll
Prepare and submit UIF forms in compliance with regulations
Ensure accurate record-keeping and payroll administration
Assist with payroll-related queries and support HR/Finance teams

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll
