This African leading supplier of quality food products based in the Eastrand is in search of an Payroll Administrator to join their unified team on a 6 months contract basis. If you are well vested in processing payroll and find yourself recently in the market and looking to fast track your career, I have the right opportunity for you.
The expectation on the successful individual will be amongst others to supervise and maintain systems and procedures aimed at ensuring efficiency in all pay administration, whilst successfully managing the payroll of over 2500+ staff members.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the following:
- Capture all leave forms, warning letters, loan forms, etc.
- Run timesheets and capture all hours (normal and overtime), incentives and commissions
- Draw up employment contracts for factory staff
- Prepare and capture all promoter hours
- Human resources administration
Education:- A completed diploma/degree in Payroll
Job Experience & Skills Required:- Good understanding of the BCEA and LRA
- 3 Years relevant experience managing / supervising a team
- In country experience, an advantage
- Sage Business Cloud (non-negotiable)
