POSITION INFO:

My client is in the construction sector and is currently looking for a Payroll Administrator that will join the finance team as soon as possible.

As a Payroll Administrator you will responsible for the following:
Salary Payroll

Update salary changes, reconcile third-party payments, and maintain reports.
Assist with payroll queries and complete UI19 forms.

Wages Payroll

Process wages for different payroll frequencies, import hours/allowances, and capture earnings/deductions.
Ensure timely payroll and third-party payments, print and distribute reports, and perform reconciliations.

Payroll & HR

Assist with EMP201, EMP501, and various reporting (Equity, Skills, etc.).
Support HR queries.

General Responsibilities

Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with tax/labor laws.
Maintain employee records and generate payroll reports.
Resolve payroll discrepancies, stay updated on software, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.
Maintain payroll documentation and procedures.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Payroll qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Sage VIP advanced would be preferred
