SUMMARY:
A powerhouse in the Fintech industry is looking for a Payment Network Relationship Manager to manage and grow partnerships with clients, aiming to elevate service delivery and drive business expansion.

CPT / JHB | Stellenbosch / Bryanston | Permanent | R45k - R50k CTC pm

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with retail and digital payment networks to increase transaction volumes.
Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with payment networks. Support the onboarding of new payment networks, working closely with Operations, Finance, and IT.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of new and existing solutions in partnership with payment networks.
Analyse transaction data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve queries and technical requirements, ensuring smooth operations.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
Represent company at industry events, expos, and conferences to strengthen partnerships.
Work with the marketing team to enhance visibility and engagement with payment networks.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification;
5-8 years’ experience in customer service, sales, technical solutions, or marketing within the payments industry;
Experience in business development and scaling initiatives;
Strong understanding of the digital environment and product development lifecycle;
Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools;
Driver’s license, and the ability to travel;
Fluent in English and a good understanding of Afrikaans
