SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking an experienced Patient Services Manager to join a private hospital in Pretoria. This role is key to overseeing the efficient management and coordination of patient services resources, processes, and operations, ensuring the achievement of the hospital's quality, growth, and people objectives while optimizing profitability.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Nursing qualification OR Business qualification.
Proven leadership experience in the private healthcare industry, with a track record in change management and people management.
Registration with SANC if professional nurse.
In-depth knowledge of the private healthcare industry, its challenges, and key role players is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with current legislation, medical terminology, CPT/ICD coding, clinical and technical concepts, and patient services business processes (or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge).
Understanding of basic financial principles, including budgeting, credit management, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the healthcare environment.
