POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

Proven experience within a luxury establishment
Culinary related qualification
The ability to manage the pastry section including developing new seasonal recipes and menu's while keeping up with the latest trends
Well-versed in the Hot Kitchen and the ability to easily move between the two sections
Well-rounded knowledge on a variety of bakes goods, pastries and desserts and the ability to create own inventions
Good knowledge on Health and Safety regulations
Well presented with exceptional personal hygiene
