SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and dynamic individual to join their team as a Part-Time Receptionist & Host. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, handling reception tasks, and hosting duties to ensure an exceptional experience for their guests. This role is ideal for someone who is studying or looking for flexible part-time work.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Perform general administrative tasks, including answering calls, managing bookings, and providing information.
Assist with hosting duties, ensuring guests have everything they need during their stay.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and organized.
Assist with any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Availability for evening shifts (3pm to 11pm) on a flexible schedule.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Previous experience in hospitality or reception is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Energetic and proactive attitude with a passion for guest service.
