SUMMARY:
Our legal client based in Kempton Park is looking for a Legal secretary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate diaries, appointments, and meetings.
Handle email communications and organize correspondence.
Draft legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Track deadlines and ensure timely legal filings.
Maintain and organize digital and physical files for intellectual property matters.
Liaise with clients, registries, and stakeholders professionally.
File documents with CIPC.
Occasionally run errands and handle firm-related tasks.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Own Vehicle
Computer literate
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent typing, transcription, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Familiarity with docketing systems and legal filing
Prior intellectual property experience is a plus.
Work well under pressure and have good time management skills
Residing in Kempton Park
