Our client in Parklands North is seeking a skilled Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, advanced certificate, or degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, along with strong proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. With at least three years of experience, you should possess expertise in campaign optimization techniques like A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments. The role requires a structured approach to managing multiple ad accounts, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Advanced Certificate/Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related field.
• Strong proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager. Ideally a minimum of three years’ experience.
• Expertise in campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategy adjustments.
• Must have the ability and a structured approach to work with multiple ad accounts at the same time.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing and a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Ensure effective campaign planning and execution, against set targets and budgets, with a clear focus on incremental sales and improving advertising performance.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, making adjustments to improve cost efficiency and achieve optimal results.
• Test and implement new ad formats, platforms, or techniques to improve ROI and keep strategies innovative.
• Create detailed reports on campaign delivery, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize ad copy, visuals, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and placement.
• Create automated reporting tools or dashboards to streamline tracking and ensure transparency.
• Partner with web developers to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and align with campaign goals.
• Develop and implement paid social media strategies that align with business goals, increasing brand visibility and driving engagement.
• Integrate content strategies into paid campaigns to enhance audience targeting and engagement.
• Stay updated on trends and emerging platforms to ensure campaigns are relevant and competitive.
