Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for a Packhouse Manager/Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric certificate
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage workflows, stock, and reporting
Paltrack System knowledge – Non-negotiable
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining packhouse records and documentation
Processing and tracking orders, stock, and inventory
Generating reports using Paltrack System
Ensuring compliance with industry and food safety regulations
Coordinating logistics, dispatch, and delivery schedules
Managing invoices, purchase orders, and supplier communication
