PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER

MARKET RELATED SALARY - DEPENDING ON QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric and post matric qualification will be beneficial
• Proven experience as a Client Liaison Officer, preferably within the Legal or Property Sector
• Generate leads and business (this is a sales-driven position)
• Meeting agreed-upon monthly targets
• Building relations with potential clients (mostly Estate Agents) – meet and greet
• Organise client events
• Attend client functions
• Have a great relationship with the Conveyancing Secretaries (e.g. meet with Transfer Secretaries to discuss and to sort our any problematic cases)
• Keep the Directors informed via email or personally once resolved
• Ensure that weekly and monthly client visitation appointments are set
• Ensure that all set appointments have been attended to on time
• Attend to set and agreed upon performance meetings with the Conveyancer/Director
• Ensure that training is provided to our clients where necessary
• Own vehicle and used to visit/travel to clientele
• Drive and enlarge the Business area within the general Cape Town, West Coast, Helderberg, Winelands region and surrounds
• Communicate with clients Face to face , Email, WhatsApp etc
• Full bilingual proficiency

• Building positive relationships with existing and new Clients
• Must be driven and result-orientated
• Must be able to work independently
• Self-starter
• Very motivated
• Good problem-solving skills, communication skills and must have had previous experience in Acquiring Clients, handling Clients and Client Services;
