We're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead exciting projects across our diverse property portfolio.
From renovations and upgrades to new developments and specialised projects, you will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time and within budget.

PROJECT MANAGER

DURBANVILLE

R30 000 - R40 000 CTC PER MONTH - DENPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferre
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Develop project proposals and budgets
Create detailed project plans and timelines
Manage contractors and subcontractors
Track project progress and budget
Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
Communicate with stakeholders
Close out projects with final documentation and analysis
