SUMMARY:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations of a private school in KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, coupled with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
This individual will be responsible for managing the overall operation, including financial oversight, stock control, staff management, and client relationships. Culinary expertise, particularly in menu development and event management, is highly desirable.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- A tertiary education in Hospitality.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role.
- Ideally, a chef background with strong culinary flair.
- Knowledge of menu development and function design.
- Ability to foster and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Experience managing both small and large functions.
- Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large teams, handle HR-related matters, and oversee staff training and upskilling.
