PRODUCTION MANAGER (SOUTH AFRICA)

SUMMARY:
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role involves managing staff, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring that products meet quality standards while adhering to budgetary constraints.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations.
