SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our Sheet Metal department. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably with exposure to sheet metal processes. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:
Education: Matric or relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a sheet metal production environment.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of G-code programming (CAD/CAM or AP100) is advantageous.
Skills:

Strong technical and operational background.
Proficient in MS Office (intermediate to advanced level).
Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Accuracy under pressure and ability to prioritize tasks.
