SUMMARY:
Our client in the fashion manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Junior Administrator/Assistant to join their fast-paced team in Cape Town CBD. This role is perfect for a fashion-savvy administrator who thrives in an innovative environment, supporting product development and ensuring seamless workflow.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric required, degree or diploma and certifications in fashion with relevant work experience is advantageous
Minimum of 3+ years within an administrative role with a huge to details
Highly organized and meticulous, ensuring product samples, specifications, and supplier details are always accurate and up to date.
Strong interpersonal skills with effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail
Ability to project strong communication skills both verbally and written
A trustworthy, hardworking, and passionate individual eager to thrive in the fashion and retail industry
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping workflows smooth and efficient
Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written – to collaborate seamlessly with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
Valid driver's license is required
Proficient in English
Computer literacy on MS Office is required
