POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric required, degree or diploma and certifications in fashion with relevant work experience is advantageous
• Minimum of 3+ years within an administrative role with a huge to details
• Highly organized and meticulous, ensuring product samples, specifications, and supplier details are always accurate and up to date.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective handling of detailed information and consistent attention to detail
• Ability to project strong communication skills both verbally and written
• A trustworthy, hardworking, and passionate individual eager to thrive in the fashion and retail industry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping workflows smooth and efficient
• Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written – to collaborate seamlessly with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Valid driver's license is required
• Proficient in English
• Computer literacy on MS Office is required
