SUMMARY:
Our client in Killarney Gardens specializes in industrial refrigeration (NH3) across South Africa. We are recruiting for an experience Procurement / Stock Controller to join their team. Their services include design, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration systems, ensuring smooth operations.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient procurement processes and systems.
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and supplies.
• Coordinate procurement activities for both project-based and service/maintenance divisions.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced industry.
• Experience in the refrigeration industry, with ammonia systems being highly beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of parts and suppliers relevant to the refrigeration sector.
• Ability to create and implement effective procurement processes and systems.
• Forklift driving license is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to working in a demanding and challenging environment.
