SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Process Manager. This hands-on role ensures that all incoming and outgoing product meets the highest standards throughout the processing workflow. The successful candidate will actively oversee the production floor, manage teams, and address bottlenecks, reconciliations, and quality controls. This position demands macadamia industry expertise, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple operational activities while ensuring alignment with departmental functions.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in fresh food processing and food safety standards.
- 10+ years of experience in macadamia processing, food safety, and logistics at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of automated systems (e.g., Nutlogger) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in reconciliation, troubleshooting, report writing, and communication.
- Physically fit to perform manual work, including walking, climbing stairs, and working at heights.
- Willingness to work extended hours during the season, including alternating day/night shifts.
- Hands-on presence in the factory during all working hours.
- High attention to detail in quality, food safety, packaging, and processes.
- Computer literacy, including basic Excel and IT systems.
