Job Description

Effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks
Manage project teams and stakeholders (clients and suppliers)
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
Municipal Engineering Infrastructure provision and Building Works.
Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Extensive analytical, strategic, and planning functions
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
Financial, contractual, and commercial aspects of the projects.

Qualifications

BEng/BSc or B-Tech in Civil Engineering and or Construction Project management
ECSA (Pr.Eng / PrTechEng) and SACPCM registration

Skills

Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organising and prioritising tasks
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
Proficient in Municipal Engineering Infrastructure provision and Building Works.
Extensive experience in analytical, strategic, and planning functions
Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through
Financial, contractual, and commercial skills, with strong negotiating abilities
