SUMMARY:
The position reports to the General Manager. Our client seeks a suitably qualified individual which is highly motivated with experience in plant operation with strong technical background and team leading attributes and can implement systems and work well with customers.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:
- Development of planned maintenance programs
- Develop, implement and maintain energy management systems. (PM, SHERQ, PER, ISO)
- Oversee and be responsible for all energy management sites
- Ensure uninterrupted energy supply as per the agreed contract with the customer
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Manage, control and report on all costs associated with the generation of steam and the department.
- Reporting on site conditions and attend monthly meetings
- Identify staff training needs and implement training programs

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BEng) with 5-8 years’ experience in a similar position and industry
OR
- Advanced Diploma (Engineering B Tech) with 8-10 years’ experience in a similar position and industry
- GCC will be advantageous
- Experience in operating boiler plant and equipment
