PA/Receptionist

They are currently looking for a highly organized and professional PA/Receptionist to their team and provide administrative support to both staff and visitors.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct clients, visitors & staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Manage and maintain appointment schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, including room bookings and refreshments.
• Assist with general office administration (filing, email correspondence, etc.)
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A professional and approachable demeanour.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
