Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

• Obtaining quotes from the Approved Suppliers and compare prices and delivery dates.
• Purchase goods, materials, or components in line with specified quality and delivery targets.
• Sign for the goods received after the following was verified against the Purchase Order:
• Raise a Goods Receive note in the System.
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues.
• Communicate delivery dates and any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff, and visitors.
• Test equipment returned from sites to establish what can still be used by the business.
• Repair equipment where possible that is returned as faulty.
• Stock Take.
• Issuing stock.
• Receive stock from Suppliers.
• Receive stock back from sites.
• Assist IT Department when it is not busy with setting up Computers and other basic tasks.
• Fully responsible for all stock losses as the stock is locked away under your care.

Qualifications

• Matric.
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain.

Skills

• Minimum 5 years'' experience in Procurement and Warehouse Supervisor.
• Security industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Navision.
