Project Company that provides electronic access control, fire detection, fire protection and other fire and security services.

Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Managing the sales and operations activities within the region the company as a whole.
Ensure the region meets reportable deadlines and enforcing compliance to company procedures.
Source leads and maintain customer relationship within the region to ensure service levels and satisfaction.
Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
Achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Finding or converting potential leads to active customers.
Recruiting employees or subcontractors to maintain an adequate level of staff, within the company growth and strategic plan.
Complete performance reviews of regional staff providing critical but constructive feedback to improve staff productivity.
Actively participating in the successful integration of new customers.
This will include inspecting the customer facility where work has been performed on a regular basis.

Qualifications

Sales and Marketing Degree.

Skills

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Development from Fire, Gas and Security.
Sales Management and Operations Management experience.
Customer Relationship Management.
SAQCC registration is a must.
Gas and Fire knowledge and experience essential.
