PAM 14651 - Service Consultant (Utility Management) – Sandton

Your duties will encompass:

• Attend to all resident queries telephonically, on Whatsapp platform.
• Attend to email queries received in shared inbox for all estates.
• Queries can relate to new registrations on app, navigation on app, interpreting information, payment methods available, Unallocated payments.
• Request payment information, monitor and follow up on payment allocation.
• Reconnection / Disconnection of arrear wallets.
• Information relating to consumption and daily billing.
• Providing information relating to tariffs applicable to specific consumption
• Refund requests.
• Provide information on process in relation to a resident vacating the estate or moving between units within the estate or between estates.
• Communication on various groups.
• Monitor daily water consumption report and report any events to relevant resident and/or estate management.
• Provide assistance to Portfolio Manager as and when required.
• After hour support for all the functions above (rotational basis, at a minimum one full week per month).
