Company specializes in freight management along with customs clearance services.

Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Able to handle imports and exports (air & sea) shipments.
Know the Incoterms – thoroughly.
Know the import & export procedures when handling these files.
Liaise with overseas offices to make the necessary shipment arrangements.
Able to arrange necessary documents (Cargo Dues / SI to the shipping lines or co-loaders / EUR1 / Certificate of Origins / Phytosanitary Certificates, SADC).
Knowledge on perishable/ reefer shipments (document requirements, PPECB inspections).
Able to do estimates/quotes.
Able to liaise directly with the shipping lines, transporters, Customs, all other suppliers.
Effect creditors’ disbursements and process debtor’s invoices.

Related Certificate

Skills

3 years’ experience from Freight forwarding companies
Cargowise system a must
