SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for Executive level PA with property experience.

POSITION INFO:

We have an opportunity for an exceptional person to become part of a dynamic team in which an individual is able to make a big difference.

Our client is a Real Estate Investment Trust that owns a diversified portfolio with a wide range of retail, office and industrial tenants located throughout South Africa which delivers sustainable and growing income through the various economic cycles.

We are looking for a highly organized PA to the CEO, someone who is accurate, able to use her initiative and always provides outstanding service.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ property related experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Skilled and eloquent communicator (verbal and written)
Ability to use initiative and work independently
Experience in organizing conferences and travel arrangements
Excellent time management skills, professional discretion and high people skills
Excellent Power Point presentation skills
Intermediate bookkeeping skills
