SUMMARY:
Our client based in Paarl, Western Cape is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal/Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

POSITION INFO:
Position: PA/Administrative Assistant

Location: Paarl, Western Cape

Job Type: Permanent

Minimum Qualification Criteria:

A Degree or Equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant (PA) or Administrative role.
Must have own reliable transport

Computer Skills

Exceptional computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Personal Attributes

Maturity and professionalism to handle a variety of situations with discretion and tact.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates loyalty and a high level of confidentiality.
Thrives under pressure and can adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive individual with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
A team player who can manage time effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Organizing and scheduling meetings to ensure efficient time management.
Managing and maintaining diaries and calendars.
Coordinating correspondence, including drafting, reviewing, and following up on pending matters.
Preparing, organizing, and managing documents with attention to detail.
Keeping track of certain financial aspects.
Assisting in the planning and execution of events.
Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the team.
