Job Opportunity: Outbound Sales Support Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established and leading company for a dedicated Outbound Sales Support candidate. We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in outbound sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple platforms and tools. POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with our existing customer database to boost sales and identify new business opportunities
Leverage cold calling, social media, and traditional sales methods to generate leads
Proactively research and innovate new ways to connect with potential clients via online platforms
Achieve performance targets and work toward sales KPIs
Provide weekly reports on lead generation and pipeline development using MS Excel
Utilize SAP and CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and activities

Requirements:

3-5 years outbound sales experience, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
Comfortable with cold calling and prospect outreach
BCom / Marketing or Sales Diploma (advantageous)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (intermediate to advanced skills required)
Familiar with SAP and CRM platforms (advantageous)
Experience with MS Teams for remote meetings and training
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Industry experience in food safety / hygiene is a bonus
